At Royal Planet Tourism, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Tour Cancellation Policy is designed to be transparent and fair to ensure a smooth experience for all travelers. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Cancellation Rules

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to royalplanettourism@gmail.com.
• Cancellations made via phone or WhatsApp will not be considered valid unless confirmed by email.
• The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written notice.

Non-Refundable Services

The following components of your booking are non-refundable:

• Visa fees (once submitted)
• Processing/service charges
• Flight tickets after confirmation
• Hotel bookings marked “Non-Refundable”
• Insurance premiums

Refund Procedure

• All approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours after cancellation confirmation.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
• Processing fees or bank charges (if any) will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

Force Majeure

Royal Planet Tourism is not responsible for cancellations or refunds due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
• Political unrest or riots
• Embassy closures or visa delays
• Pandemic-related travel bans
• Airline schedule changes or strikes

In such cases, refund amounts (if any) will depend on third-party provider policies.

No Show Policy

If a traveler fails to show up on the scheduled departure date or misses any part of the tour due to personal reasons, no refund will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to be on time and ready for departure.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. This will protect you in case you need to cancel your trip due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
