1. Cancellation

If cancellations are made 24 hours or more prior to the departure date of the tour, you are entitled to a 100% refund (only if eligible).

For cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour departure, the company will charge the total booking amount, and no refund will be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some bookings, such as attraction tickets and sightseeing tickets, are non-refundable and non-modifiable. In such cases, no refund will be provided in the event of cancellation or modification.

3. Refundable Bookings

Refundable bookings allow for cancellations or modifications within a specified timeframe, subject to applicable fees.

To be eligible for a refund, cancellation or modification requests must be made in writing via email at Royalplanettourism@gmail.com.

In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.

4. Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed in the original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not receive your refund within 7 working days, we are here to assist you via email or WhatsApp.

First, check with your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing delays before a refund is posted.
