Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation: If Cancellations are made 24 hours or more prior to the departure date of the tour, you are entitled for a 100% refund (Only if you are eligible).  b. For cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour departure company will charge the total booking amount. 

  2. Non-Refundable Bookings:  Some bookings like attraction tickets and sightseeing tickets are non-refundable/non-modifiable, In such cases no refund will be provided in the event of cancellation or modification.

  3. Refundable Bookings: Refundable bookings allow for cancellations or modifications within a specified timeframe, subject to applicable fees. b. To be eligible for a refund, cancellation or modification requests must be made in writing via our email I.e Royalplanettourism@gmail.com

  4.  In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided. 

Refunds

If you are eligible for the refund or cancellation, then your refund will be processed in the original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If in case you don’t receive a refund within 7 working days we are here to assist you via email/WhatsApp. First reach out to your credit card company, There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
